- Before 14 days of the booked date, cancellations can be changed to another date at no cost.

- Cancellations 14 days or less before the booked date will be charged one-night stay.

- Cancellations within 48 hours of booked date will be charged for the entire stay.

Group bookings have different guidelines. Terms will be on the quotation.

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund, we will issue the refund instruction right away.

The process will take between 2-4 weeks, until the whole amount will be shown on your credit card statement.

This is due to variation in the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank.

The refund amount also depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.

All eligible refunds once confirmed, will be made via the original payment methods used within 14 working days.
